PAYMENTS

DELIVERY

  • Delivery within Metro Manila shall take four (4) to seven (7) business days. Provincial area deliveries will take five (5) to ten (10) business days. All periods shall commence from the day of order.

Returns & Exchanges

For Metro Manila orders, defective merchandise may be returned and exchanged in store within seven (7) days from date of receipt. For Provincial orders, kindly email our Customer Service at support@secretfresh.com to request a return/exchange within 7 days from date of receipt.

Original proof of purchase or Official Receipt should be presented at the time of request for return and exchange.
