Are the products sold online new and authentic?
Yes! Secret Fresh (formerly known as Freshmanila) started in February 2007 in San Juan City, Metro Manila. The brand has evolved from being a vinyl toy shop that catered to the niche toy market, to an expansive, influential and continuously growing fashion and lifestyle brand. Secret Fresh was born from passion for collecting. What was once a childhood pastime had become a hub for mining new ideas and partnerships in the cross pollinating fields of fashion, pop culture, comics, film, animation, music, architecture, fine art and design.

Do I need to create an account before I shop on your website?
No need. You can shop our products as a guest. You can purchase our products as a guest. Though, we'll be asking for your personal information upon checkout for updates on your order.
How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
An e-mail confirming the purchase shall be sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the Secret Fresh Order form at checkout.
I live outside the Philippines. Can I buy from Secret Fresh online?
We're finally offering International Shipping with DHL. Prices include Value-Added Tax (VAT). However, customers may be charged import duties & taxes upon delivery of their order.
What is the currency of the prices listed on the Website and will the prices be inclusive of taxes?
All prices posted are using the Philippine Peso (PHP) currency and are inclusive of tax.
Can I still cancel my order?
Orders that are already paid, processed, fulfilled and booked can no longer be cancelled. We do not allow refunds for change of mind.

What are your payment options?
We accept the following methods of payment: Cash On Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Card, Maya, and QR PH.
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer FREE shipping for orders amounting to PHP 3,500.00 and above.
The following shall be the shipping charges for orders below PHP 3,500:
Metro Manila: PHP 100
Provincial: PHP 180
International Shipping starts at P2,500
*Shipping charges may change without prior notice.
How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
You can enjoy Free Shipping when you shop a minimum spend of P3,500.
When can I expect my package?
Delivery within Metro Manila shall take three (3) to five (5) business days. Provincial area deliveries will take five (5) to seven (7) business days. All periods shall commence from the day of order.
All orders placed before the cut off time (5pm, Mondays to Fridays) will be processed the same day and picked up the next day.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed and picked up from our store on the following business day.
Please note that we aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time frame. Since we and our third party partners may follow national, seasonal, and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the processing and shipping of your packages. Please also note that we will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process (from the moment the items are picked-up from our warehouse up to the time of delivery to you).
How do I track my order?
Order tracking is sent through the email you registered at SecretFresh.com. Once fulfilled, you may check the tracker here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-ph/tracking
A tracking number shall be designated to each processed purchase and shall be included in the Shipping and Delivery Status Confirmation e-mail. This tracking number can be keyed in on the space provided in our freight forwarder’s Online Waybill Tracker in our website to check the status of your purchase.
If your order has not arrived on the delivery date indicated in the email confirming the purchase, you may contact our Customer Service representative(s) at support@secretfresh.com or to inquire about its status.
What if I am not available to receive my order?
If you are not available to personally receive your package, you may designate at least one (1) authorized recipient in the Shipping Information page or inform our Customer Service prior to delivery. Please note that in all circumstances, the recipient is required to sign the waybill as confirmation of receipt and proof of delivery. We reserve the right to request for a valid ID to ensure safekeeping of your package. All items included in the purchase and as stated in the invoice SHOULD be accepted and paid for.
Please note that an order is entitled to three (3) delivery attempts. After the third attempt and the order is still not signed as received by the customer, it shall be delivered back to our third party freight forwarder’s office. Orders shall remain open for pick up for seven (7) days. Within this period, you may also opt to have the order redelivered. The attempt to redeliver entails another shipping fee which you will shoulder (amounting to Php 100.00 for Metro Manila and Php 180.00 for Provincial Areas. Shipping charges may change without prior notice.)
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?

1. Defective merchandise may be returned and exchanged in store within seven (7) days from delivery date. Original proof of purchase of Official Receipt should be presented at the time of request for return and exchange.
2. Defective merchandise for return and exchange must have hang tags and/or price tags.
3. Merchandise that were already used, altered, and/or washed shall no longer be accepted for return & exchange.
4. The valuation of the merchandise subject to return and exchange shall be based on the purchase price paid or current selling price at the time of request for exchange and return, whichever is lower.
5. Exchange of defective merchandise to another item of lower value shall not entitle the purchaser to the return of the price difference, in case of exchange of the defective merchandise to another item of higher value, the price difference shall be paid by the customer.
6. Only items purchased from SECRETFRESH.COM, which are currently being fulfilled by Secret Fresh Power Plant Mall, can be exchanged in-store at Secret Fresh Power Plant Mall or through a courier.
7. Customer is not entitled to a return and exchange under IRR or R.A. 7394 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines, based on the following reasons:
- Sudden change of mind upon purchase
- Defects caused by misuse of mishandling of the customer
- Awareness of defect(s) in the items bought during a clearance or sale or sales promo with marked-down prices.
Does SECRET FRESH allow refunds?
Refunds are always subject for validation but can be given on special circumstances.
Changing of mind, size, style or color of items are not valid for refund.
